Skills Assessment Process:

Candidates are assessed on their computing and office administrative skills.
Candidates undertake practical and observational assessments at an advanced users level in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Assessments are aligned to the National Qualifications Framework held by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA).
